It flushes out toxins, and gives our brain the fuel to function. we often grab snacks or salty foods when the real issue is thirst. try drinking a glass of water with lemon, or cucumber, mint and honey, or raw ginger. wait 20 mins, if youre still hungry, grab some nuts or veggies.
